UAE Delivery
For express, same day delivery within DUBAI ONLY we offer a premium Careem Bike delivery service.
This premium same day service is FREE for all orders over AED 1,500 (where service is selected).
Items can usually be received via Careem Bike within 3 hours (typically less) for those emergency needs.
This service applies for Dubai area only.
For order values below AED 1,500, Careem bike ranges from AED30-60 depending on order size and seasonal delivery trends, exact amount can be seen at check out. On occasion - typically inclement weather, Ramadan prayer times, or excessive demand - Careem Bike services may be suspended for short periods of time.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We deliver free of charge within the UAE for all Orders over AED 350.
Once dispatched, delivery is usually next day via Quiqup courier service. We aim to dispatch all orders same day, where orders are received before 5pm, or otherwise next day.
For orders under AED 350 a fixed delivery fee of AED 25 applies and will be added at checkout.
GCC Delivery
For delivery to Saudi Arabia and Qatar the following delivery fees apply:
- FREE for all orders over AED 1,500+
- AED40 for orders under AED 1,500, but over AED 1,000
- AED75 for orders under AED 1,000
- AED100 for orders under AED 500
Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.
For delivery to Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait the following delivery fees apply, added at checkout:
- FREE for all orders over AED 1,000+
- AED 40 for orders under AED 1,000, but over AED 500
- AED 75 for orders under AED 500
Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days.
GCC delivery (outside of the UAE) is via FEDEX and your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as we dispatch your order.

For delivery outside of the GCC, to the rest of the Middle East, please contact us directly.
International Delivery
We apologise that we do not currently deliver outside of the Middle East at this time. Please check out our full delivery policy for details of all countries to which we currently deliver. This will be updated from time to time.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We do not accept any responsibility for Customs delays or Customs fees, duties or taxes that may apply in your chosen delivery destination. Customers must please check with their local Customs Office to determine what (if any) Customs fees, taxes, administration fees etc that they will be liable for when their order arrives.
Product Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your product you may return it to us (within 14 days of purchase) to exchange for another item, alternative size, or credit via E-wallet to your Lorna Jane ME account to spend at another time.
For UAE customers, a free one-time per order returns service is available via Quiqup (for 1st returns of an order only). Where multiple returns of the same order occur, after the 1st free return all further returns will be chargeable at normal courier rates. Please review our full Returns Policy for more details.
For all other locations, we apologise that currently customers must arrange to return the product at their own cost to our Dubai head office, together with the returns form. Please review our full Returns Policy for more details.
SALE ITEMS, PLEASE NOTE:
Items that are purchased in the SALE with discounts applied of 50% or above must be returned at the customers own expense, or exchanged in store, within 7 days of purchase. Items may only be exchanged, or where no alternative product can be found, a credit to E-Wallet may be requested.
We currently accept payment via all major credit cards through the third party STRIPE Payment Gateway. All appropriate measures are taken to ensure that your information is kept safe.

We currently offer a Whatsapp Personal Shopping Service from our Dubai Lorna Jane ME Boutique. One of our Active Stylists will be in touch to help with fulfilling your styling requirements, and to guide you as to the best items to select online.
Our Personal Shopping Service operates from 10am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Turn-around times are subject to demand but are usually same day.

At Lorna Jane ME we aim to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, then you may return the product to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
You need to inform us about the item which you wish to return through:

If you are within the UAE, for most locations*, we will inform our courier to pick up the item from you within 2-3 business days of you contacting us with your completed form.
(*please note that a few remote locations may require the customer to initiate the return via an alternative courier service)
Once the item is picked up, and delivered back to us, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our “return in original condition” standards. Once confirmed we will refund the amount as Lorna Jane ME E-Wallett credit to your Lorna Jane ME online account within 48 hours.
You may then use your E-Wallet credit to order any other item you would like as soon as the credit shows on your account or save it to spend for an alternative occasion.
If you have noted on your returns form that you are seeking an alternative size / product exchange, then our team will apply the credit to the new (exchanged) item and arrange for swift dispatch of your new active wear. Should any further payment be required our team will contact you to arrange payment to your account.
If you are not within the UAE you will currently need to arrange for your own return courier to us, and you will also be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs. Once we receive the products from you the same steps as above will apply.
Lorna Jane ME will not be liable for any delayed or lost returned items. Lorna Jane ME recommends that you use a registered courier for all returns.
Do you Pay my Return Shipping for Returns / Exchanges ?
Please note that currently all returns / exchange shipping must be handled by the purchaser, unless you are within the UAE and have contacted us regarding a return from a confirmed location.
In the rare instance that you have received faulty or damaged goods please include a copy of the invoice relating to the return within your package. If the product is deemed faulty after our review, we will credit any reasonable return delivery cost to your Lorna Jane ME E-Wallet online account as well as the value of the faulty product.
We do not accept any responsibility for returned items lost in transit. All returns should be sent via a registered service and of sufficient a level of service to reach us prior to the expiry of the 14-day notice period for returns or exchanges.
