Any data that you are asked to submit as part of the payment and security process is passed directly via secure connection to our payment gateway provider - STRIPE Payments Europe Limited, supported by VS Pay.

We do not sell, transfer, lease or offer your data to third parties.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Is it safe to use my credit card on lornajane.me ?

Yes, shopping at Lorna Jane ME is safe and secure.  Transactions are processed through STRIPE Payments Europe Limited, supported by VS Pay.  To protect cardholder data STRIPE complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  The PCI DSS is the global data security standard that any business of any size must adhere to in order to accept payment cards.  It presents common sense steps that mirror best practice security practices.

What if my Credit Card shows Multiple Charges ?

The payment page will only process the payment once.  However, if you see multiple charges on your card, then you either:

a) Clicked “submit” more than once at checkout due to poor internet connection

b) Moved back to update or change your order on your details

In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will only be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
