United Arab Emirates (UAE) is our country of domicile.  Funky Fit Sports Wear LLC is a company incorporated, registered, and licenced in the UAE.  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the UAE.

Registration & Usage

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a user on this site, and are not permitted to transact on this website.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item is listed at incorrect prices, or with incorrect information, Lorna Jane ME reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel unfulfilled orders.  Lorna Jane ME will make all reasonable efforts to contact customers using the details provided, and to offer an alternative product, a credit to the customers Lorna Jane ME online account, or to initiate a refund for any monies received using the payment method utilized in the original transaction.  This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any refund that may be applicable.

Gift Cards

From time to time Gift Cards may be made available on the website.  When issued, Gift Cards may only be used via the Lorna Jane ME website.

Gift Cards are treated as a financial instrument for payment of goods, and not as a product.  This means that Lorna Jane ME gift cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute towards the calculation for any applicable discounts or offers.  Lorna Jane ME gift cards do not attract UAE VAT as they are not considered goods nor a service.  As such, they can not be discounted, nor subject to discounts.  Once the gift card is used as a relevant payment method for a product, the product itself may attract UAE VAT and will be displayed on the invoice accordingly.

Ordering Method

Lorna Jane ME (Funky Fit Sports Wear LLC) reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, where:

a) Discount is associated and the products are not deemed for personal use

b) It is believed that the supply of products is being used to copy or counterfeit

c) It is believed the products are being on-sold or exported into restricted territories

d) Any other action that we believe brings the Lorna Jane Brand, Lorna Jane ME, or Funky Fit Sports Wear LLC into disrepute

We will make all endeavors possible to contact you, using the information provided, prior to cancelling your order.  For discounted products we may offer you the opportunity to still receive the product at full price and arrange with you to repay the discount before dispatch.

Should we be unable to contact you within 24hrs, or you choose not to accept any revised terms, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.

Excessive Weight Shipping

All free or fixed price shipping is based on an average parcel weight of 2-3kgs.  If your order exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to contact you with additional delivery costs, and to make the necessary arrangements for payment of the additional costs.  Should we be unable to contact you within 48hrs of receipt of your order (and notification of the additional delivery costs), or you choose not to accept the additional costs, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.

Restricted Countries

Lorna Jane ME (Funky Fit Sports Wear LLC) will not knowingly deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Transactions

Multiple shipments / delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholders monthly statement.
